even when i faced issues with the latest update, i had contacted support which is slow at times but the reason for that is im in the UK, apart from that very speedy and helpful. now im an avid user, as with spotify they grey out a lot of songs, which i want to listen to, and we pay for that, so this software helps get around that. once i installed and linked everything up it was a breeze to use. after trying various software and many viruses later i stumbled across Noteburner.
I was searching for a program that would help me save the music so i could put it in the car.
I first came across this product when i wanted to take music with with me in an older car which used a USB, sadly with spotify you cant use that in that capacity.
